Sutherland’s under 14 soccer team wins in first playoff
Sutherland Sharks under 14 team won its preliminary final last weekend to progress to next weekend’s major semi final against top team Marconi. Unfortunately the Sharks 15s lost in their elimination semi final against Penrith so they drop out of the playoffs.
Under 14:
Preliminary Semi Final (2nd v 3rd): Sutherland Sharks 2 defeated Blacktown City nil
Major Semi Final: Sutherland Sharks plays Marconi Stallions (top team) at 10.15am on Saturday 22 August at Valentine Sports Park.
Under 15:
Elimination Semi Final (4th v 5th): Penrith Nepean United 2 defeated Sutherland Sharks nil.
Sutherland Sharks were eliminated from playoffs.
