NEW MOON at 6 degrees 08 ARIES

The New Moon on Friday 27 March at 3:06am is in Aries, the first sign of the Zodiac, marking a new cycle, a new beginning or new direction. Aries rules our warrior or pioneering nature that requires courage and strength to set forth to pastures unknown. Here we need to shake off those shackles that have kept us tied to the past and journey forth into the wide blue yonder.

This New Moon includes the personal planets of Venus (relationships) and Mercury (communication) all making a square aspect to Pluto (regeneration). This square indicates a need for change, a turning point where we need to overcome a resistance in order to move forward.

Pluto delves into the underworld, our unconscious and draws forth all those suppressed fears and emotions that if not released consciously erupt creating havoc in our lives. Currently Pluto is in Capricorn and for the next 15 or so years we may see a focus on accountability and greed in big business.

Mars (action) is also opposing Saturn (restriction) so the brakes are being applied, all indications of the need for blazing new trails and worshiping something more globally sustaining than the ‘dollar’.
